University Funding
Many of our universities also run internal funding schemes that companies and academics can access and examples follow.
Lancaster University
Lancaster University has been awarded funding through the EPSRC Impact Acceleration Account. This will fund a range of activities designed to promote impact from research and address barriers in University/Industry collaboration, specifically focussing on SMEs.
There are schemes and funding ranging from short term exchange of staff, seed funding to explore early stage ideas with commercial potential, access to research infrastructure, Post-Doctoral and Post-Graduate Impact Fellowships and Business Incubation. Funding from £5-20K is available with various levels of match funding required.
